Property Guidelines

Resort Rules & Policies

To maintain a clean, peaceful environment for all campers, we ask guests to strictly observe our core campground rules.

01 Check Times & Quiet Hours

Check-In: Starts at 2:00 PM. Please check in with the front office to confirm site assignment.
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Quiet Hours: Strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessively loud music or disturbances are prohibited at all times.
Speed Limit: A maximum speed limit of 5 MPH is enforced throughout the resort to protect children and wildlife.

02 Pet Regulations

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outdoors, except when inside the dog park.
A one-time $40 fee applies for any dog weighing over 40 lbs.
Pets are strictly prohibited inside the community shower/bathroom building and laundry facilities (with exceptions for certified service animals).
Pet owners are required to clean up after their animals immediately. Standard violations are tracked; a third violation will result in eviction.

03 Utility Hookups & Cleanliness

Sewer Collars: Per state health regulations, all campers must use a proper sewer collar on hookups.
Cleanliness: Sites must be kept neat. General outdoor storage is restricted to a maximum of a 4x6 foot footprint.
Vehicle Washing: Washing RVs, campers, or support transport vehicles inside the resort grounds is strictly prohibited.
Trash & Recycling: Dispose of all waste in the main dumpster containers. All cardboard boxes must be folded completely flat and placed in the recycle bin.

04 Fire Safety & Restrictions

Open Campfires: Open wood-burning campfires are strictly prohibited at all times due to high-risk Village of Ruidoso forest fire guidelines. Propane grills or gas fires are permitted for cooking.
Vegetation: Damaging, cutting, or removing local pine trees or landscape flora is illegal and strictly forbidden.
Weapons: Firearms, explosives, and weapons are prohibited on resort premises.
Evictions: Private property rights are observed. Host reserves the right to refuse service. Rules violations can lead to immediate eviction without refund.

Location & Directions

We are located on the south end of Ruidoso on Highway 70. Please use our physical address for GPS directions rather than our mailing address.

Take I-25 South from Albuquerque past Socorro to exit 139 (San Antonio).

Continue South on SR-48 into Ruidoso, then turn West on Highway 70.

The resort will be on your left, just past Camelot Road (next to Motel 6).

Take US-54 North out of El Paso, continuing past Alamogordo.

At Tularosa, transition onto US-70 East, heading into the mountains.

Follow US-70 East past the Mescalero Reservation. The resort will be on your right just before the main Ruidoso Downs loop, next to Motel 6.

Take US-70 West from Roswell, heading towards Ruidoso Downs.

Drive through Ruidoso Downs, continuing past the racetrack.

Continue past the intersection with SR-48. The resort is located on the right next to Motel 6, just before Camelot Road.
